John 4:14b

Praise the Lord. Today's verse is John 4, 14, the second part. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water. Welling up to eternal life? Jesus not only gives us salvation, but he forgives our sins, and he also gives us power to not to sin again.

The water of Salvation becomes in us a spring of water. When a woman was caught in adultery, the Pharisees and others wanted to Stone her. When Jesus said, let the one who have not sinned thow the first stone, everyone left, and Jesus asked, have no one condemned you. She said, no one Lord.

Jesus said, neither do I condemn you. And from now on, sin no more. The woman might have looked at him with the question, how will that be possible to live without sin? Jesus said to her, and to them, I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life here.

Jesus is saying when we follow him. We will not walk in darkness that is sin.

This, we read in. John 8th chapter in the beginning verses. 

When we read John 7:37,38, Jesus says, if anyone thirst, let him come to me. As the scriptures have said, out of his heart will flow rivers of Living Water. You will not only have a fountain within yourself, but a river will flow from you. This Jesus was speaking about the Holy Spirit within you, which will flow to others. 

Prayer 

Let's pray, Heavenly Father. I thank you for this word, so God thank you that you have given us not only salvation, but the power to which stand sin and to live a holy life. Because the Holy spirit is within us, I thank you for your Holy spirit.

Thank you for your salvation. I commit ourselves once again to your hands. Oh, God bless this day. Be with us, O Lord, help us to be a blessing in Jesus name, I pray. Amen. Amen. God bless you.
