English John 4:11

Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 4 11 the woman said to him sir you have nothing to draw water with and the well is deep. Where do you get the living water? 

Jesus was speaking of spiritual things, but the woman was thinking in material terms, In chapter 3 of John. We saw Jesus speaking to Nicodemus of born again experience and he took it in the material sense. Nicodemus asked "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?"

Hallelujah. Usually The Travelers in those days used to carry a bucket and a rope to draw water, but the woman says, you don't have anything to draw water. Then she asks, Jesus, these questions, where do you get the living water man? Today, also, millions are asking where do you get the living water? They might not ask the same question. They might be asking, where do I get mukti? Where did I get Shanti? in fact they are asking where do I get salvation? Or they are saying, what shall I do to be saved? Many are doing many things to attain salvation, they climb up a mountain, they dip themselves in a Holy River, they offer flowers and candles to deity and so on in Acts 16 chapter, we read Paul and Selias was put into prison. They started praying and singing hymns to God, and suddenly, there was a great earthquake and immediately, all the doors were opened and everyone's bonds were unfastened when the jailer woke and saw that the prison doors were open, he drew his sword and was about to kill himself, supposing that the prisoners have escaped Paul cried with a loud voice. Do not harm yourself. We are all here. The Jailer came trembling with fear and asked this question. So what must I do to be saved? Acts 16:31 And they said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.”  The answer is same today, believe in Jesus and you and your family will be saved.

Prayer 

 Let us pray. Holy Father, I thank you for this word. Oh God, thank you that you came into this world to bring Salvation to mankind and I thank you Father, that you have saved us and I pray this day. If anyone is not saved, I pray for them. Oh God, that they will commit their lives to you. We give all glory to you. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
