John 3:34

Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3:34.
For he whom God has sent utters the words of God, for he gives the Spirit without measure.
Jesus has the mind of God, which is the word of God. Jesus received the word of God, from the father and gave it to the people today.
If we are preaching the word of God, we have to hear from God and then deliver the message to the people. The message we have received from the Lord, when the word of God is preached miracles, takes place people's lives are changed.
The phrase for he gives Spirit without measure to him refers, to the fact that all others even the greatest prophets, they received the Holy Spirit by measure. Which was not so with Jesus that which the Holy Spirit would do within his life and Ministry had no human or Earthly limitations. Anything the father told the son to do such as rising, the dead cleansing the lepers calming the strom, changing water into wine, Etc. Could be done without difficulty. Jesus performed no Miracles as a deity, but always as a man filled with the Holy Spirit
As God he needed, nothing. But, As a man although perfect, he still needed the help of the Holy Spirit. How much more we need the Holy Spirit in our lives? Let's look to God for the Holy Spirit. We see the work of the Holy spirit in the life of Jesus. Jesus was conceived by the Holy spirit. His ministry began only after he was filled with the Holy Spirit in fact There was no Ministry whatsoever until he was filled with the Holy spirit.
Luke 4:18-19 ESV
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, [19] to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”
Prayer
Let us pray. Heavenly Father I thank you for this day oh God. Thank you for your presence. Lord without your Holy Spirit we can do nothing. Fill us with your Holy spirit. Use us for your glory through your spirit oh father, we commit ourselves to you in Jesus name, I pray, amen.
God bless you.
