John 3:25

Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3, 25. now a discussion arose between some of the John's disciple and a Jew over purification. 

Here, we see that there was a argument between John's disciples and a Jew. It is the unending argument over matters of religion which profits nothing. Today also people keep arguing about religion which is of no use. Jews had a lot of law for purification. Mark 7 4 says that they had traditions for washing of cup pots and brazen vessels. As we see, they also had Law for washing the hands washing their feet after when they come inside some place.

Jesus said, you lay aside the Commandments of God and hold to the traditions of men as of the washing of pots and cups. Has all religions, these Jews thought that such a purification can purify one from sin. However, this washing did not neither did, John's baptism cleanse them from their sins, but only the blood of Jesus can cleanse us from our sins.

Hallelujah. Today. Also, people think that they are cleansed by doing some rituals

The second thing is, but by these discussions, they wanted to bring Enemity between the Disciples of Jesus and the Disciples of John the Baptist. But, John Made disciples to Pass them to Jesus. For he declared that he was not the Messiah, 

that he was only a friend of the bridegroom. He rejoiced greatly at hearing the fame of Jesus and was satisfied that all his disciples were leaving him and going to Jesus, some of Jesus's disciples were formally the Disciples of John the Baptist. We see that in John first chapter.

Prayer 

 Let us pray. Heavenly Father. I thank you Lord that only Jesus blood can cleanse me from all my sins. You cleansed me from all my sins and I commit each one of us into your hands of Father.

Help us to be a true disciple of Jesus. We commit ourselves to your hands bless this day for us. In Jesus name, I pray, amen. God bless you.

Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 4th chapter and verses one and two. We are studying from the fourth chapter of John from today. Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 4 5. As he came to the town of Samaria. Called psychar near the field that Jacob had given to his son, Joseph. Hallelujah. In this verse, we see that John the author of this book, had an accurate knowledge of the land of Israel, And also he knew the history of that land. In Genesis 33 19. We see that when Jacob came back to the land of Israel from the house of Leban his father in law, he brought This place For a hundred pieces of silver. It was called the city of Sheikhim.  Jacob says he had given Joseph one portion above his brother. In Genesis 50:25.
