John 3:16


Praise the Lord. Today's verse is John 3, 16? For God so loved the world that he gave his only son that whoever believes in him, shall not perish but have eternal life. 


Everyone has a favorite verse in the Bible. This verse is everyone's favorite verse of the Bible. This verse gives us the very essence of the Gospel.


We see here. God loves us. Yes. God loves the world because he had created it the world speaks of all human being in the world. Whoever it is, he may be  in any religion. Even a atheist. But God loves them. God loves all the people of the world.

Many think that God is a God who only punishes the people. No, he is not there to punish but he is a loving God. He gave his only begotten son, That is Jesus. Jesus being God became a man took the punishment of our sins on the cross and died for us and rose again.

The verse says, whoever believes in him, the salvation is for everyone He may be a worst sinner or a good man. He may be a murderer, a thief, or the worst addict to alcohol. Whatever, the man's sins are Jesus died for us. When we believe in Jesus, he cleanses us from all our sins makes us righteous and saves us.

This verse says, whoever believes in him, shall not perish. Yes, we are not going to perish. Perish means to go into hell. But we are going to heaven when we believe in him. He has eternal life. The Bible says, when we accept Jesus, our eternal life starts in our life, in our life and we will  eternally live with Jesus in heaven. This is the confidence this verse gives us. Do You have that confidence? If not let us submit ourselves to Jesus today, 

Prayer 

let us pray Heavenly Father, I thank you, Lord, for you died for us Jesus. I thank you that you have cleansed all our sins when we believe in you, O, Father, if there is anyone who has not believed today, we submit ourselves to you.

Oh God, we commit every need into your hands. Bless this day for us. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen. God bless you.

Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 4 5. As he came to the town of Samaria. Called psychar near the field that Jacob had given to his son, Joseph. Hallelujah. In this verse, we see that John the author of this book, had an accurate knowledge of the land of Israel, And also he knew the history of that land. In Genesis 33 19. We see that when Jacob came back to the land of Israel from the house of Leban his father in law, he brought This place For a hundred pieces of silver. It was called the city of Sheikhim.  Jacob says he had given Joseph one portion above his brother. In Genesis 50:25.
