Today's verse is from John 3:20 ESV For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed.  The primary reason men do not accept Jesus Christ as a savior that is the light of the world is because they love Darkness that is their sin. They don't want to change their way of living, which is evil. So they reject the light that offers to save them from the terrible result of sin, which is the final death or In this verse, we see for everyone who does wicked things hates the light. Today's verse is from John 3, 19  and this is the Judgment The light has come into the world and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their Works were evil.  Jesus, after speaking of judgment and he further speaks of the reason of the judgment, the light has come into this world, who is this light?  It is a person Jesus Christ. Today's verse is from John 3, 18, whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe, is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only son of God.  Condemned in the Greek meaning is crinitaya. Meaning to judge. The Bible says, there is a final judgment for every human being who live on this Earth. It is written in Revelation, 20 12 to 15. This is called the white Throne Judgment verse 12 says, and I saw the dead the Great and Small standing before The Throne and the books were  opened. And God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.  For God did not send his son into the world to condemn, the world means that the object of Christ's Mission was to save the world. Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3, 15. That whoever believes in him, should not perish, but have eternal life.  We will see the meaning of each word in this verse. That Whoever, This means that all are lost. And consequently, all can be saved. Means exactly what it says. None are excluded from being lost and none are excluded from being saved. You can be saved. Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3 14 as Moses lifted up the serpent in the Wilderness. So must the And be lifted up that whoever believes in him may have eternal life. John goes back to a strange Old Testament story, which is told in numbers, 24 4-9. Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3, 13.  No one has ascended into heaven, except he who descended from Heaven, the son of man,  No one has ascended into heaven till the time of Jesus. No one has ascended into heaven with a glorified body. Jesus was the first to ascend into heaven after that his death and Resurrection. But when you believe in Jesus, you will Ascend into heaven when Jesus comes again, and when you are prepared In  1 Thessalonians 4:16 for the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command with the voice of the Archangel and with the sound of the trumpet of God and the dead in Christ will rise first. Yes. The death in Christ. If we are dead in Christ, if you are in Christ, we become a new creation and then we will rise first, if that if you are dead we will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will always be with the Lord....

Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3, 12.  If I have told you Earthly things and you do not believe. How can you believe if I tell you Heavenly things?  Being born again, is the Earthly thing as you have to be born again, when you are on this Earth, you cannot be born again after your death. For Nicodemus born again had no spiritual meaning for his heart or for his conscience.  Unbelief is the crowning sin of humanity, John 3, 8, and 9 says, when the Holy Spirit comes, he will convict the world concerning sin because they do not believe in me. Man, do not desire to believe that Jesus is the son of God or the savior of the mankind, one who paid the price for man's Redemption. Praise the Lord. Today's verse is John 3, 11. Truly truly. I say to you. We speak of what we know. And bear witness of what we have seen. But you do not receive our testimony.  Jesus saying we speak of what we know. That means. There it is, not I but we It speaks of all the apostles and Prophets Ephesians 2 20 says, built on the foundations of Apostles and Prophets  Christ, Jesus himself, being the Cornerstone. Paul here, speaks of the church, been built on the foundations of the Apostles and Prophets in essence  Jesus is speaking of the word of God and is directing Nicodemus to the source instead of the traditions of man. He Is saying in effect we speak what we know. It is the sure word of the Lord and not the word of man. When someone preached the gospel or the Bible, they are preaching that which is certain We bear witness of what we have seen means that one can actually see the fruits and the benefits of this testimony of the word of God. Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3, 10.  Jesus answered him. Are you the teacher of Israel? And at you, do not understand these things.  Jesus says, you are the teacher or a master of Israel, which means that Nicodemus was held in a very high regard as he was looked upon even in a more Superior light than just being a member of the sanadrin which  within itself was of the greatest privileges. Yet he knew the word of God so little that he really  did not know what it is to be saved. This is the tragedy of many in the world at this present day in fact, always had been. Israel at that time would have thought of this man as anything, but a spiritual gaint. This means that association with spiritual things, does not bring salvation. It also means participating in spiritual things or  rituals contains no Saving Grace.  Many Christians today profess salvation but in reality, not know the Lord and are completely lost. But you do not know where it comes from or where it goes, so it is with everyone who is born of the spirit.  In this way, Jesus explains the born-again experience. He likens it to the wind which comes and goes, but it is impossible to tell exactly how or what causes it to blow in a certain direction or exactly where it originates.  The idea is one cannot deny it's presence because it can be readily felt.
