John 4:14b

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is John 4, 14, the second part. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water. Welling up to eternal life.  Jesus not only gives us salvation, but he forgives our sins, and he also gives us power to not to sin again. The water of Salvation becomes in us a spring of water. When a woman was caught in adultery, the Pharisees and others wanted to Stone her. When Jesus said, let the one who have not sinned throw the first stone, everyone left, and Jesus asked, have no one condemned you. She said, no one Lord. Jesus said, neither do I condemn you. And from now on, sin no more. The woman might have looked at him with the question, how will that be possible to live without sin? Jesus said to her, and to them, I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life here. Jesus is saying when we follow him. We will not walk in darkness that is sin. This, we read in. John 8th ch...

John 4:14a

Praise the Lord. Today's verse, we will meditate on John 4:14, the first part of it. But whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again.  Hallelujah! We will see some of the great truths of these words. So, we will meditate on each word of this verse. The first word, it says "but" this links the hope of this promise to the hopelessness of the previous statement. The previous statement says everyone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again. It Compares with this physical water to the spiritual water. Why then, all the world did not receive the spiritual drink. The answer is simple man do not want to give up their sin, and they are deceived into believing that by coming to Christ, they will lose their pleasure and gain nothing. They do not realize that they will lose nothing and gain everything. Hallelujah!  The next word, whosoever says, all are lost. Therefore, all can be saved. None are excluded. When Jesus died on Calvar...

John 4:13

Image
Today's verse is from John 4, 13. Jesus said to her, everyone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again.  Jesus answered and said to her presents him slowly, leading her to the meaning of this great spiritual truth. As Nicodomas in the previous chapter was led to the spiritual truth of being born again. Jesus is leading this Samaritan woman to the spiritual truth of Living Water or the need of Salvation in her life. Nicodomas was highly moral, and this Samaritan was grossly immoral. Yet there was no difference between them. Both were sinners needing the cleansing and salvation of Jesus. You may be very religious, but you need Jesus in your life for your salvation. To Nicodemus, the religious leader Jesus says. You must be born again, but to the Sinner, he slowly leads her to the need of Salvation or the Living Water in a life. Verse 14 says But whoever drinks of this water that I give him shall never thirst. Whosoever drinks of this water will be thirsty again Je...

John 4:12

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 4 12.  Are you greater than our Father Jacob? He gave us the well, and drank from it himself, and did his sons and his livestock,  In this question concerning Jacob we observe the claims of the Samaritans, to be the descendant of Abraham, the son of Isaac and actually of Jacob himself who have dug the well. Jacob always seems to be running from someone or something, from Euso his brother, who wanted to kill him, then from Labon his father-in-law. And from the famine in Canaan, he flew to Egypt with his family. When he was fleeing from Esuo, he saw in a vision a ladder and in a vision the Majesty and the glory of God. At Bethel, when he saw God, he worshiped God and woke to take Yahweh as his God at panel, while he was returning back from the his father-in-law Leban Jacob Resseled face to face with God, he taught him the value of continued prayer from one who is helpless Jacob emerged from paniel willing to let his life fa...

John 4:11

Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 4:11  The woman said to him sir you have nothing to draw water with and the well is deep. Where do you get the living water? Jesus was speaking of spiritual things, but the woman was thinking in material terms. In chapter 3 of John, We saw Jesus speaking to Nicodemus of born again, experience and he took it in the material sense. How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?  Usually The Travelers carry a bucket and a rope to draw water, but the woman says, you don't have anything to draw water. Then she asks, Jesus, this questions, where do you get the living water. Today also, millions are asking where do you get the living water? They might not ask the same question. They might be asking, where do I get mukti? Where did I get Shanti? In fact, thay are asking where do I get salvation? Or they are saying, what shall I do to be saved? Many are doing many things to...

John 4:10

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is John 4, 10, Jesus answered her. If you knew the gift of God, And who it is that is saying to you give me a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you living Waters.  Hallelujah. What is the gift of God to men? It is the salvation of our soul by which we have the eternal life. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.  This gift is a free gift to us, but for Jesus, he had to pay a costly prize. First Peter, 1 18, and 19 says, knowing that you were ramsomed from the futile way inherited from your fathers, not with perishable things, such as silver or gold. But with the precious Blood of Christ like that of a lamb without blemish.  Jesus is saying to the woman if you knew who it is, that is saying to you to give me a drink. At that time, she did not know who Jesus was though, later she knew. In John 1 1, it says, in the beginning of the word and ...

John 4:9

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is John 4 9. The Samaritan woman said to him. How is it that you a Jew, Ask for a drink from me a woman of Samaria. For the Jews had no dealings with Samaritans.  This Samaritan woman was astonished to have a Jew asking for water from her because she was a woman and also, she is a Samaritan. The Jews have no dealings with Samaritans, this we have already discussed about it. At first, to this woman, Jesus was simply a thirsty, Jew, asking her for water, but as the story unfolds, we see her understanding of who he is, is developing First, as the one who makes great promises Jesus promised her the Living Water. Then acknowledges him as a prophet in verse 19. It says I perceive that you are a prophet. And finally, she knew him as the Messiah, the savior, the savior of this world, the Redeemer of this world and that is in verse 25, 26 and 29. Increasing understanding of who Christ is, this is a common experience for all believers because it...

John 4:8

Image
Praise the lord today's verses from John 4 and verse 8 . Disciples had gone away into the city to buy food.  The disciples of Jesus had gone to the samaritan city to buy food something is beginning to happen to them before they had met Jesus it was entirely unlikely that they would even talk to Samaritans but today they have gone to buy food from the samaritan's market. There is a change in the disciples. The barrier of cast is going down today.  We see the lives of millions changed when they had come to Jesus. People who had been addicted to alcohol and drugs have been changed.  The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:17-18. [17] Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. [18] All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation;  Have you life been changed by Jesus today? Isaiah 43:18-19 ESV [18] “Remember not the former things, nor consid...

John 4:7

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 4:7. A woman from Samaria. Came to draw water. Jesus said to her, give me a drink.  Jesus, the creator of universe and the judge of all, man meets one of the wildest of Sinners. But he is there not to condemn her but to seek and to save. Here we see Jesus as the barrier Breaker. As we have seen before the Jews, hate the Samaritans, the Jewish Samaritan hatred had been for more than 400 years. The Samaritan woman was astonished that Jesus a Jew should speak to her a Samaritan. But there is still another way in which Jesus was breaking down the barriers. This Samaritan was a woman, a strict Rabbi for been forbidden even to greet a woman in public. He Might not even speak to his own wife or his daughter or his sister in public. To be seen speaking to a woman in public, was the end of his reputation and, Jesus spoke to the woman. Not only the she was a woman but she was a woman of notorious character. And Jesus spoke to her. Here...

John 4:6

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 4, 6.  Jacob's, well was there, So Jesus waried as he was from his journey was sitting beside the well, it was about the sixth hour.  Jacob's. Well, was there, there is no reference in the Old Testament about this Well, Even today, this place and the well is a pilgrim spot in the Palestine city of neblus in the West Bank. The well currently situated inside an Eastern Orthodox Church and a monastery. Jesus was waried because of his journey as it was the sixth hour sixth hour is 12 noon according to our time because Jewish time starts at 6 00, am in the morning. Jesus, sat by the side of the Well, exhausted by the journey. It was very significant that John who stresses the deity of Jesus Christ more than any other. The gospel writers also stresses the humanity to the fullness. Does not show us a figure freed from the tirelessness and the struggles of humanity. Jesus was God, but at the same time, human. He was thirsty. H...

John 4:5

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 4 5. As he came to the town of Samaria. Called sychar near the field that Jacob had given to his son, Joseph. Hallelujah,! In this verse, we see that John the author of this book, had an accurate knowledge of the land of Israel,  And also he knew the history of that land. In Genesis 33:19. We see that when Jacob came back to the land of Israel from the house of Leban His uncle, he brought This place for a hundred pieces of silver. It was called the city of Sheikhim. In Genesis 48:22. Jacob says he had given Joseph one portion above all his brother. In Genesis 50:25. Then Joseph took an oath from the children of Israel saying, God will surely visit you, and you shall carry up my bones from here. We see the hope and the confidence Joseph had that Israel People will go back to their land which happened through the hand of Moses. Joseph knew the promise that God had made to Abraham to Isaac and to his father, Jacob Concerning the ...

John 4:3,4

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 4 verse 3 and 4. He left Judea and departed again for Galilee and he had to pass through Samaria.  Jesus departed from Judea, which was the south of Israel and departed to Galilee. And Samaria was in between Judea and Galilee. And he had to pass through Samaria to understand this, We had to know the background of Samaria. The Jews did not consider the Samaritans to be true Israelitis. But rather a mixture of Gentiles and Jews, which was unacceptable. Consequently, there is a tremendous rivalry between these people with a greater amount seeming to be in the part of Jews, and the Jews hated the Samaritans. Israel was divided as Southern Kingdom, which is Judea and Northern Kingdom, which was Israel after the King Solomon. The origin of Samaritans came about after the defeat of the northern kingdom of Israel by the Assrian Empire. We read about it in second Kings 17th chapter with the Gentiles, taking many Jews captive, at that t...

John 4:1,2

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 4th chapter verses one and two we have started the fourth chapter today. Now when Jesus learned that the Pharisees have heard that Jesus was baptizing more disciples than John, although Jesus himself did not baptize but only his disciples.  In this verse we again see about baptism Jesus and his disciples along with John was baptizing in the same place. It is not written whether Jesus and his disciples followed the baptism of John. We do not know. The difference between John's baptism and the Christian baptism is given clearly in the Bible. In Acts 19:3 and 4, we read unto what where you baptized? And they said " unto John's baptism". Then Paul said, John verily, baptized with the baptism of repentance saying unto the people they that they should believe on Jesus Christ who To come after him. John was preparing a people for Jesus coming. And they repented of their sins and were baptized to show that they were repented. Je...

John 3:36

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3:36.  Whoever believes in the son has eternal life. Whoever does not obey the son shall not see life but the wrath of God remains in him.  What a beautiful promise. And also, we see that it also says about the condemnation of those who does not believe in Jesus. The message was told by John the Baptist. Jesus also said the same thing in John 3 16 whoever believes in him that is Jesus shall not perish but have eternal life. In verse 18, Jesus says, he who does not believe has been judged already because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten, Son of God. Whoever does not obey the son shall not see life refers believing as far more than mere mental acceptance, but rather obedience as well. The life here addressed is the life of God, which is imparted to all True believers. Every person in the world knows in his heart, that there is a life after death. Some people call it as mukti or some say to attain Shanti ...

John 3:35

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3:35. The father loves the son and as given all things into his hand.  We see in the Bible that Trinity, Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit The love between the father and the son cannot be described by human words. They could not be separated. Jesus, when he carried the sins of this world on the cross, the father has to turn his face from his son. So Jesus cried out in Matthew, 27:46. My God. My God, why have you forsaken me? Jesus was forsaken so that we will not be forsaken by God. Jesus said in John, 15:9 just as the father has loved me. I have also loved you abide in my love. Jesus, love us as the father, loved him. Oh, what a great love that love is, so great is his love for us. That he came into this world. God sent him into this world, and he died upon the cross. What a love Jesus has for you. Yes, he loves you. The father has given all things unto. His hand. What has the father given Jesus? John 5:22 says for not even t...

John 3:34

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3:34.  For he whom God has sent utters the words of God, for he gives the Spirit without measure.   Jesus has the mind of God, which is the word of God. Jesus received the word of God, from the father and gave it to the people today. If we are preaching the word of God, we have to hear from God and then deliver the message to the people. The message we have received from the Lord, when the word of God is preached miracles, takes place people's lives are changed.  The phrase for he gives Spirit without measure to him refers, to the fact that all others even the greatest prophets, they received the Holy Spirit by measure. Which was not so with Jesus that which the Holy Spirit would do within his life and Ministry had no human or Earthly limitations. Anything the father told the son to do such as rising, the dead cleansing the lepers calming the strom, changing water into wine, Etc. Could be done without difficulty...

John 3:33

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is John 3:33. Whoever receives his testimony sets his seal to this, that God is true.    It is John's grief that so few accept the message that Jesus brought, But when people do accept it, they attest the fact that in their belief, the word of God is true. In the ancient world, if a man, Makes agreement and agrees to it, he fixed is sealed at the foot of it. The seal was assigned that he agreed with this and regarded it as binding and true. So when people accept the message of Jesus, the affirm and attest that that they believe what Jesus says is true. In the days of Jesus, a few people accepted him and truly followed him, even today only a few people, truly accept him and follow him. That is why Jesus said in Matthew 7:13 and 14 enter through the narrow gate for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. For the gate is small, and the way is narrow, that leads to lif...

John 3:32

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3:32  He bears witness to what he has seen and heard, yet no one receives his testimony.  Here John says that Jesus has testified what he has seen and what he has heard from the father. What did Jesus testify? He has testified about heaven and also about hell. Luke 16 chapter 19 to 31. Jesus, testified about heaven and Hell. Lazarus, a poor man died and was carried by angels to Abraham's bosom. Israelites believed that heaven was Abraham's bosom because Abraham was there, Hallelujah. But the rich man died and was buried and his soul landed in hades or hell. And we see that it is a place of tournament without water and in agony in the fire, A person from Heaven, cannot go to hell or a person from hell cannot come up to heaven. If someone says that a person from hell can go to Heaven by the prayers of the people of this Earth, it is a lie. It is not given in the Bible. Jesus. Also, speaks about heaven and Hell in Matthe...

John 3:28

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3 28. You yourself bear  Me witness that I said I am not the Christ. But I have been sent before him.  After the last book of the Old Testament, Malachi. 400 years has passed and there was no prophets. People were waiting for Messiah to come into this world. At that time, John the Baptist started preaching about repentance and they thought that he is the Messiah or Christ.  John chapter 1, we see the religious leaders and the Pharisees came to John asking him if he was the Messiah, he had clearly told them that he is not the Messiah or Christ in this verse again he says I am not the Christ but I have been sent before him. John the Baptist boldly proclaimed that he is not the Christ. Not only does a statement Proclaim his denial but even more it says that he knows another who is the Christ that is Jesus. I have been sent before him proclaims that, the fact that he is under Jesus's Authority and not the authority of th...

John 3:31

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3:31.  He who comes from above is above all. He who is of the earth belongs to the earth and speaks in an earthly way. He who comes from heaven is above all.   He who comes from above is above all refers to the fact that Messiah was not a mere man, but rather had his origin in heaven. He had equality with the father and the Holy Spirit before becoming a man, but he had become limited while being a man. At the time of Resurrection his full Glory was restored. The phrase he that is of the earth is Earthly and speaks in an Earthly way, refers to all, man. Even the great prophets are all Limited in their life. The phrase he who comes from above is, above all, Places Christ in a category above all men. The Jews it seems were attempting to make Jesus as no more than another Prophet or a mere man. While he certainly was a man above all he was at the same time God therefore above all this they did not believe nor recognize. ...

John 3:29

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3 29,  The one who has the bride is the bridegroom, the friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him rejoices greatly at the bride groom's voice. Therefore, the joy of mine is now complete.  Finally, John used a very vivid picture, which every Jew would recognize He called  Jesus the bridegroom and himself the friend. Bridegroom is one of the great pictures of the Old Testament is of Israel as the bride of God and God as the bridegroom of Israel. The union between God and Israel was so close that it could be likened only to a wedding. Today The church is likened to be the bride and Jesus is the bridegroom Paul says in Ephesians 5 25. Husbands love your wives. Just as Jesus also, loved the church and gave himself up for her. The friend of the bridegroom has a unique place at the Jewish wedding, he arranged the wedding, he went out or sent out the invitations, he presided at the wedding, Feast he brought the brid...

John 3:30

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is John 3:30.  He must increase. But I must decrease.  The greatest desire of John, the Baptist was Jesus must increase. And he  John, the Baptist must decrease in his popularity. This should be the desire in our lives, also that Jesus should increase in our life, and we must decrease, Here, we see the humility of John, the Baptist God wants us to be humble in our lives. In the gospel of Matthew, we read in Matthew, 20:20, the mother of James, and John had a request to Jesus that her sons may sit on the right and left of Jesus in His Kingdom. Hearing this, the other disciples became indignant with the two brothers. Jesus called his disciples to him and said  You know that the rulers of the Gentiles Lord it over them and their great man exercise authority over them. It is not this way among you, but whoever wishes to become great among you  shall be your servant and whoever wishes to be first among you shall be your slav...

John 3:27

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3, 27, John answered, a person cannot receive even one thing unless it is given him from Heaven:  1. Number one, John's Ministry is from God, and Jesus ministry is from God, and therefore, it is from Heaven. When God calls us and gives us a Ministry, Heaven will back us up  2. John has been told by God to do what he was doing and Jesus has been told by his heavenly father to do what he was doing. So the fact both were baptizing represents, no problem or presents , no problem as both are in the will of God. Today are we hearing the voice of God and doing what God wants us to do. 3. The religious hierarchy of Israel nor any other man devised hierarchy can bestow anything of God to anyone. The Lord does not work through intermediatories but rather directly from himself to the person in question. 4. The religious leaders cannot control that which God orders  5. What is given by God to man must be recognized by other men....

John 3:26

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3 26 and they came to John and said to him Rabbi he who was with you across the Jordan to whom you bore witness. Look, he is baptizing and all are going to him.  The disciples and the Jew was having an argument over purification and they came to John, the Baptist and here they were telling John, that people are all going to Jesus. They wanted to bring enmity between John the Baptist and Jesus. But when we read the verse following, we see that John exalted Jesus and finally, he said, he must increase and I must decrease. Today also, more people may be going some churches. Some churches they may be not much people but don't criticize any church. Don't criticize any Pastor. We need to pray for them. Encourage them.  However, in Matthew 11 2-6. We read that when John was put into prison, he sent two of his disciples to Jesus asking. Are you the one who is to come or shall we look for another Jesus answered, go and tell Joh...

John 3:25

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3, 25. now a discussion arose between some of the John's disciple and a Jew over purification.  Here, we see that there was a argument between John's disciples and a Jew. It is the unending argument over matters of religion which profits nothing. Today also people keep arguing about religion which is of no use. Jews had a lot of law for purification. Mark 7 4 says that they had traditions for washing of cup pots and brazen vessels. As we see, they also had Law for washing the hands washing their feet after when they come inside some place. Jesus said, you lay aside the Commandments of God and hold to the traditions of men as of the washing of pots and cups. Has all religions, these Jews thought that such a purification can purify one from sin. However, this washing did not neither did, John's baptism cleanse them from their sins, but only the blood of Jesus can cleanse us from our sins. Hallelujah. Today. Also, peo...

John 3:24

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3. 24 . for John  had not yet been put in prison  John Came into this world and he was given two specific tasks to do in his life. The first one, prepare the way for the Messiah. He preached the kingdom of God and prepared, the hearts of people to receive Jesus. Who was coming soon. Second the next task was to introduce Jesus to the world as Messiah. He said pointing to Jesus Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of this world. John 1 29. John the writer of this gospel was saying that the ministry of John was about to conclude because he is going to be put into prison. Mark's 6th chapter 14 to 29 explains why John the Baptist was imprisoned and how we died a martyr's death. Herod had married his brother Philip's wife and John had been saying to him It is not lawful for you to have your brother's wife. So he put him in prison Haradise, wife of Herod  Had a grudge against John and wanted to put him to de...

John 3:23

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3:23. John also was baptizing at  Anon near Salem because water was Plentiful there. And people were coming and being baptized. Jesus started baptizing, the people.  And here we see that John the baptist also continued to baptize people at Arenon near Salem. This place there was plenty of water. Plenty of water was needed for baptism. This indicates that it was not a sprinkling baptism, which many people do. According to the Bible, it is an immersion baptism after a person accepts Jesus, as their savior. Mark 16 15 and 16 says, go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the wall creation, whoever believes and is baptized will be saved. But whoever does not believe will be condemned. Hallelujah. Here we see that a person has to understand the gospel and believe that means he is not a baby. He is a grown-up person. Who understands what is salvation. Whoever does not believe will be condemned. Romans 6 4 says we are bu...

John 3:22

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3:22 after this Jesus and his disciples went into the Judean Countryside and he remained there with them and was baptizing  Jesus and his disciples left, the Metropolis of Jerusalem where the hostility was already beginning to mount. Especially considering his cleansing of the Temple. There could be no greater honour paid for John the Baptist then for Jesus The savior of mankind, the baptizer in the Holy Spirit to practice the same rite as his forerunner, John the Baptist. Luke 3:1 to 22. We see people came to John the Baptist and heard his preaching and were convicted of their sin and repented, and those who were repented, he baptized them. Luke 3, 16. We see John The Baptist said, as for me, I baptize you with water but one is coming, who is mightier than I, He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. Today when a person is born again and his life is changed, we baptize them to show to the world that this person being...

John 3:21

Image
Praise the Lord.  Today's verse is from John 3:21 but whoever does what is true comes to the light so that it may be clearly seen that his work have been carried out in God.  Yes. In verse 20, we saw everyone who does wicked things hates the light and here on the contrary we see that whoever does what is true or right or good comes to the light. So whoever as a desire to do the right things, they come to Jesus and they are born again,  This verse ends the dialogue between Jesus and Nicodemus about born again experience John 3:3-21. So the whole of this section brings forward the fundamental fact of sin, its Doom, the helpless moral condition of a sinner and the one and only door of Salvation that is through the crucified and atoning work of Jesus Christ The Savior. The necessity of New Birth and the fact that this new birth takes place when the sinner entrusts himself to Jesus as the Savior and the Lord.  Nicodemus began its appeal to Christ with self-suf...

John 3:20

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3:20 ESV For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed.  The primary reason men do not accept Jesus Christ as a savior that is the light of the world is because they love Darkness that is their sin. They don't want to change their way of living, which is evil. So they reject the light that offers to save them from the terrible result of sin, which is the final death or In this verse, we see for everyone who does wicked things hates the light. So, in this phrase, we find the reason for hatred of the world towards Jesus, not only towards Jesus, but all those who follow him, if you have been following Jesus and people are hating you, it is because they love to live in their sin. Here, we see it's written the light. That means there is no other light. There is no other way to Salvation. There is no other way to truth. And the Jesus said, I am the way, t...

John 3:19

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3, 19  and this is the Judgment The light has come into the world and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their Works were evil.  Jesus, after speaking of judgment and he further speaks of the reason of the judgment, the light has come into this world, who is this light?  It is a person Jesus Christ. John 8, 12 and 9: 5  Jesus says, I am the light of the world. What does the light do? It eliminates the place shows us the path were we have to go. People loved Darkness. What does Darkness indicates? It indicates sin, evil hatred, jealousy war, and such things. People love to live in sin, so they rejected Jesus.  In John Chapter 8, we see of the incident. We see the Pharisees and scribes brought to Jesus a woman caught in adultery. They said the law of Moses commanded us to stone this woman. What do you say? They ask Jesus. Jesus said to them, he who is without sin among you let him be the ...

John 3:18

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3, 18, whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe, is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only son of God.  Condemned in the Greek meaning is crinitaya. Meaning to judge. The Bible says, there is a final judgment for every human being who live on this Earth. It is written in Revelation, 20 12 to 15. This is called the white Throne Judgment verse 12 says, and I saw the dead the Great and Small standing before The Throne and the books were  opened. And another book was opened which is the book of life and the dead were judged from the things, which were written in the books. According to their deeds verse 15 says, and if anyone's name was not found written in the Book of Life, he was thrown into the Lake of Fire. In the final judgment, we see the books are opened which records everything we have done. And another book, which is the book of life. When we believe in Je...

John 3:17

Image
Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 3:17.
