John 4:24


Praise the Lord. Today's verse is John 4, 24 God is spirit and those who worship Him must Worship in spirit and Truth. 
God is spirit does not mean that God is a wind or a vapor or a smoke. John was taken up to heaven in Revelation 4th chapter. His description of God on the throne is, And he who sat there had the appearance of Jasper and kermelim. And round the throne was a rainbow that had appearance of emerald. The elders fell down and worshiped him, saying, Worthy are you, our Lord, Our God.
 God is spirit means God is a spirit being.
This indicates the attributes of God. The first attribute is, he is omnipotent. That is, God is all-powerful. He has the power to carry into effect whatever God May Will. Second is, he is omniscient He is knowledgeable. All things past, present, or future is an open scroll to him. Third attribute is omnipresent He is present universally and simultaneously in every part of his wide domain. He is present everywhere at all the time. The moral attributes are Holiness. God is absolutely Holy and free from Evil, and he hates and abores sin. He Is holy in his nature as light is the essence of the Sun, so Holiness is God's very being. God's Holiness, is the standard of our life and contact. The word of God says in First Peter 1:16 "Be holy as I am Holy". Second is love. Third is Justice. He is perfectly just and righteous. He acts fairly and rightly with all men. Fourth is His Mercy, as a merciful God is full of pity, slow to punish and ready to pardon. The fifth is truth. The Bible declares that he is a god of Truth. Hallelujah.
Prayer 
Let us come to him in prayer. Heavenly Father.
I thank you for your attributes. Oh God. You're all knowing you know everything and you are present everywhere or father, you know, everything, Even in my life, you know everything of my life. And Lord, your holy help us to be holy, oh God, your merciful. You are loving your gracious, your kind. O father
I thank you for you are my father. I commit ourselves once again to your hands O Father. Bless this day in Jesus precious name, I pray. Amen. God bless you.

Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 4th chapter and verses one and two. We are studying from the fourth chapter of John from today. Now when Jesus learned that the Pharisees have heard that Jesus was baptizing more disciples than John, although Jesus himself did not baptize but only his disciples. Praise the Lord. Today's verse is from John 4 5. As he came to the town of Samaria. Called psychar near the field that Jacob had given to his son, Joseph. Hallelujah. In this verse, we see that John the author of this book, had an accurate knowledge of the land of Israel, And also he knew the history of that land. In Genesis 33 19. We see that when Jacob came back to the land of Israel from the house of Leban his father in law, he brought This place For a hundred pieces of silver.
