Don’t live by the mind but by the spirit. Romans 8:5
The characteristics of our mind.
1. Our mind is blinded. 2 Cor 4:3-4
When we take a decision with a blinded mind it will be a wrong decision.
2. Our mind is doubtful.
             Luke12:29-31. Rom14:23. James 1:8.
            When God speaks to you do something your mind brings doubt in your heart.
3. Our thoughts are defiled
Titus 1:15
Joshua did not take Counsell from the Lord ( Joshua 9:14 ) when you are successful in life you will not listen to God.
Abraham  had to remove the product of his mind Ismael.
Genesis .21:14, 12:1, 14:14-16, 16 ,
Abraham was told to leave his family and go out. He took Lot his brother son with him which was his own decision. Lot came against Abraham and wanted to separate from him.
God’s plan was Abraham was Isaac but Ismael was Abraham’s plan. Abraham has to remove Ismael from his house to bring God’s blessings.
Abraham told the king that Sarah as his sister. This was his mind Isaac did the same mistake.
